The washing chamber is designed for use in applications where the conveyor belt must be very clean. As the belt enters the wash chamber cleaning system, a series of return debris stabilizes the belt. The spray nozzle sprays water evenly onto the belt before the first belt cleaner to remove most of the material from the belt. A secondary cleaner removes the remaining material from the belt and further dries it. The cleaned material from the belt can be returned to the conveyor or transferred to the machine's discharge tank. Also, for non-food purposes, you can use suitable chemicals (which prevent the spread of fine materials) instead of water for cleaning. Our engineers recommend using a pre-cleaner along with the wash chamber cleaning system for maximum performance.
